Freddi Jones is committed to the highest standards with our delivery service to enhance your overall shopping experience.

We have a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95 for all orders under 2lbs. Packages over 2lbs. have a flat shipping rate cost of $12.95.
Note: The above shipping rates are calculated based on USPS shipping prices. Freddi Jones has no control over USPS shipping rates as they are to the weight of the package. 
Order Processing Time: 
Please allow 3 to 5 business day to process your order.  If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, the processing starts the next business day.

Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO's/FPO's addresses MUST be shipped via The United States Postal Service. 
Restricted Items:
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts certain items being shipped by air if they could contribute to an onboard firer other mishap.  These items include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as pressurized spray cans, fragrances, and nail enamels. We're committed to getting our customers their orders as speedy as possible but we also want to do it safely and responsibly in compliance with DOT rules. Orders containing one of these items are required to be shipped via Standard Delivery ONLY!
Unfortunately, we can not ship restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, The U.S. Virgin Island or APO/FPO addresses.
If your order contains any to these restricted items YOU MUST CHOOSE STANDARD DELIVERY

Damaged Items:
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment .  We do our very best to securely package product so that it arrives in the best shape possible, However it is normal for shipped package to show some wear.  If damage occurred to the items in your shipment please contact us. Send an email including your order number to; Monday - Saturday. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.
Shipping Damages:
Damage of loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's  responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivery carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper. We will be more than happy to assist you.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we cannot re-ship orders that have been lost or stolen. Please contact your mail carrier. 
The product melted. What do I do?
If product was left outside to melt, you should not be discouraged.  They can easily be transformed back to a more solid form by refrigeration or just storing them in a cool, dark place.
I do not know what scent to order.
If you are not familiar with our products we suggest ordering something neutral. Our neutral favorite is "Naked." It has a rice flower and shea fragrance.

Do you ship internationally?
We are not shipping Internationally at this time, but we do plan to in the near future.
